ILLUSTRATED PHOTOGRAPHY IS A young, up-and-coming photographic e-zine.

It is a content driven site, where users can learn more about their favorite hobby, and indulge in their passion for pictures by joining a community of likeminded camera huggers.

The site has space for users to exhibit their own images, enter competition and interact with other users through the use of forums. These elements raise user retention and user return rates.

Another firm favorite amongst users is our photographic gear reviews, with camera and book reviews leading the way.

But the main aim of the site has always been to inform and to educate the user and to convey the concepts of photography in such a way that they will want to come back whenever they have related questions.

This policy is starting to pay dividends. As the scope of content has expanded, the site has started to attract a growing number of users, all of which have one thing in common: their love of photography.

The fact that more and more users are linking to us from their own blogs, and that a growing number of users reach us, not by searching for us in Google, but rather by typing our address in the address bar directly, proves that Illustrated Photography is winning the battle for the hearts and minds of the snappers of the world.
